Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake
Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake Recipe
This dessert is so easy I hardly need to write it down for you because it’s 2 ingredients and 2 steps -that’s the kind of cooking I need during the busy holiday season!
Ingredients
1 Store Bought Plain Cheesecake
1 Jar of Pumpkin Caramel Sauce
You could of course make the cheesecake yourself but there are so many great store bought cheesecakes out there I am not sure it’s necessary.
Purchase a plain store bought cheesecake -the size will be based on the number of guests -I used a Kroger Private Selection 7 inch cheesecake which serves 6-8. A 10” would serve 10-12 and a 6” would serve 4-6. The pumpkin caramel sauce is enough sauce for any of these sizes.
Place your cheesecake on the serving dish you will be using. I suggest a cake stand with a paper doily underneath.
Heat your pumpkin caramel sauce in the microwave or place the jar in a bowl of warm water.
Pour the sauce over the cheesecake. You can let the sauce run over the sides or not however you prefer.
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls if you want, however it’s delicious as is too!
Please visit our party pantry on the website HERE or in store to purchase the Pumpkin Caramel Sauce.
